Get your tissues out for this one. Keith Callaway, Jr. runs a successful construction company. A few years ago, he picked up meth habit at age 30 and lived in addiction for 2 years. His home was foreclosed upon, and he was arrested 6 times in 7 months. His story is insane, hilarious, and incredible. He has been sober since 2015, and now almost all of his employees are recovering addicts. He pays it forward every day by giving his employees a second chance, providing leadership, the best environment, and helping them create the life they’ve wanted.
