The mass exodus of people leaving New York will cause a residential real estate crisis. Now, office workers are reluctant to return to the city. Commercial real estate is going to be the next domino to fall. An economically weak city (before the pandemic) will be devastated when people and businesses do not return in force. Our once beautiful city is in crisis. Can it recover?
