The Mel Blanc Show OTR 1947-04-01 "April Fools" Old Time Radio

The Mel Blanc show ran from 1946 to 1947 on CBS. Mel Blanc played the owner of a fix-it shop who was never able to fix anything. He also played the shop owner's stuttering helper Zookie. Blanc was, of course, famous for his voice characterizations and provided characters for other shows, like Jack Benny, as well as the voices for various Warner Brothers cartoon characters, like Bugs Bunny. Supporting actors were Mary Jane Croft, Joseph Kearns, Hans Conried, Alan Reed, and Bea Benaderet.
