The Fifth Horseman OTR 1946-07-18 "The Promise" Old Time Radio

After World War II, there were feelings held by many that atomic weapons were too dangerous to be controlled by any single country. The Fifth Horseman was a cold war attempt to convince the public at large that atomic weapons should be under the control of the United Nations. It is an above average propaganda piece, and an important part of U.S. history.
