#66: Granting Wishes and Bridging Generational Gaps with Caitlin from DreamCatchers Foundation

This week we’re joined by the lovely Caitlin Crommett from DreamCatchers Foundation, an organization that works with young adults to provide wishes and memories for people in hospice care. 

DreamCatchers does incredible work, not only to provide hospice patients with some joy in their final days but also to bridge the generational gap. 

We chatted with Caitlin about how DreamCatchers works, and what it was like to start a non-profit at 15 years old!
