This week we chatted with Sterling Marchand, co-founder of Be The Good, a non-profit in the D.C. area that provides food for those who need it.
Sterling and his wife, Amber, founded the Project with their four children during the early months of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Sterling shared with us the inspiring story of how the Be The Good Project came to be and encourages listeners to get involved with volunteer opportunities in their own communities.
