Notice what you are noticing throughout your day - when you don’t feel on top of the world or stuck in some way 

Notice what you are noticing but don’t jump on the hamster wheel to no where - simply notice

I have a AAA Method around this for Aware, Access & Aligned Action that works in minutes when you practice using it on the regular

You get what you focus on so focus SO might as well invest time focusing on what you DESIRE, right?

Too many times people hurry up from the second they wake up this is of course after they “hurry up” to hit the snooze a few times LOL 

Then when it’s time to hurry up and go to bed they wonder why they cannot turn down the volume of all the chatter in the mind

Here are a few items I journal as part of my bedtime routine. 

Gratitudes - (min of 3-5) challenge yourself for 30 -60 days not to repeat a single gratitude too

Proud of - not just others PROUD of me for  . . . responding vs. reacting  . . . using my boundaries

Setting more boundaries. . .  taking a few extra seconds to help a stranger . . . 

I also list out proud ofs of those I live with my hubby and daughters 

Celebrate ALL Wins - big and small in all ways - personal, health & wellness, career and relationships 

GROWTH part 2 - Any challenges that have you feeing stuck or in a funk check out episode 29 

Tap into the feeling of one desire, dream or goal you have not experienced yet and feel it smell it taste it experience it who is with you where are you at what are you celebrating 

Your subconscious works throughout the day when you are both awake and asleep but takes over entirely when you sleep. Free from the interference of daily life and external stimuli, at night your subconscious mind has nearly all the resources of your brain at its disposal.

Bed time is a great time to read and reflect or anchor in something new. 

Or even surrender and practice trusting and having faith in the Infinite that breathes you. 

Here are some affirmations you may save and use 

I am love & peace

I am whole, beautiful & complete

I am vitality and I rest and replenish 

I am worthy & deserving of my desires for what’s in me is for me

I am supported in ALL I do

I am releasing what no longer serves me and my highest good 

I am receiving with ease and life is fun

I am always ready for next level success and I release the how

I trust myself when I am aligned - what is meant for me will not pass me by

I am present, aware - exactly where I need to be

I am an intelligent being and I trust and listen to my intuition

The goal is to rest in high vibes 

Place your orders to the infinite 

Reflecting on your Vision, listening to it from a voice memo you recorded, reflecting on goals in the past tense as if they already happened and visualizing all the details and what you are doing to celebrate the experience.
