Today, I sit down with Rich Vysion, a conscious rapper, spoken word artist, and author whose mission is to bridge the gap between music and mental health. Mr. Vysion shares his powerful story of battling depression, gaslighting, and suicidal ideation—and how those struggles shaped his music and poetry.
