Mental health exists on a complex continuum, and experiences vary from person to person on how they think, feel and act when in different levels of distress and challenges.
It also helps to determine how we handle stress-related incidents, and relationships with others and helps us to make healthy life choices. Mental health is important at every developmental stage of life, from childhood and adolescence through to adulthood.
