Wrapping up our last couple weeks in Spokane, this week we tackle some serious heat training session, and it got gross. Todd is making a come back in the run and Drew had a great comeback week after a few weeks of sickness. Kona is less than 3 weeks away and we are putting the finishing touches on the training!
