In this episode I will share,what the past couple of weeks has been feeling like a total “shitshow”, being thrown back into what feels like a test from the universe making me re-experience what I wrote about in my upcoming book.

A feeling of being thrown back into past destructive patterns, limiting beliefs and self-doubts that I thought was over, but that now feels like a test from the universe before my book comes out, and I share how I am currently working through this in hope it will help you if you are currently in the same challenge.

My intention is that by sharing this tough experience you can relate to it somehow and it might give you some insights from hearing my struggles.I also share a old story that came up during a coaching session with my book coach Miriam Stener that I have never shared before,but that have haunted me from over a decade- a really scary spiritual experience that I see as part the reason I am revisiting old patterns now.

I also talk about authenticity and chiron the wounded healer in Astrology- How we can feel divided by feminine spiritual energy and masculine warrior energy in our identity and how we show up in the world.
