In March of this year, Shelly Bradbury of the Denver Post, wrote an article about a jury awarding a woman $3.76M after her home was searched by a SWAT team and caused damage. This all comes down to a man who had his iPhone stolen and the Find My iPhone app pinged the phone being at the intersection in which this woman lived. Based off this information the police went to her house to issue a search warrant for the iPhone, plus a suspected stolen truck. Her home did not contain any of those items. She was innocent.
