It's been a couple years since an Incident Task Force found that 3 Pocatello Police Officers were justified in shooting that left a man paralyzed. Now a civil judge has ruled that the victim may sue the individual officers personally. Tim discusses some of the evidence in the case and how this civil case has little to no merit.
