Holiness, or (kadosh), in the Hebrew Bible, means being set apart for God—distinct, sacred, and pure. It reflects God’s own nature, as seen in Isaiah's vision: 'Holy, holy, holy is the Lord of hosts.' To be holy is to embody moral integrity and live in a way that mirrors God’s character, as commanded in Leviticus: 'You shall be holy, for I am holy.' Holiness, then, is a call to live intentionally, separated from the profane, and dedicated to God’s purposes. Listen in to learn about what Holiness means to each one of us.
