In April 2016, after experiencing a mental health breakdown in the workplace and being given a diagnosis of PTSD, Steve set himself a monumental challenge that would ultimately pave the way to his recovery and would lead to the creation of the award-winning Mindcanyon - Mental Health In Your Workplace, enabling countless others to improve their mental health and support those around them.
