In 2018, a young man from Sheffield co-founded a ‘tech for good’ platform. He had a vision to bring all employee well-being into a single eco-space so that companies no longer had to invest in separate individual mental and physical health solutions, apps, or support for their employees.

Over a glass of wine one evening, he nicknamed this platform ‘The Netflix of Wellbeing’ – a well-being solution that could be tailored to the needs of each employee no matter what size the company.
