Join us for Jordan's Space as Doctor Sangeeta Mahajan shares with us the loss of her son Saagar to suicide in 2014, and the failings in the system which led to him taking his own life.



Two weeks before Saagar's death he had filled in a health questionnaire designed to evaluate his mental health - his responses showed that his depression was the worst it could be and his score was the highest it could be. Yet a lack of communication and support for Saagar and his family meant that he did not get the help he so desperately needed.



But this is also a story of hope, and how Sangeeta was able to find a renewed sense of joy and compassion in her life despite the unimaginable loss.
