'In her latest episode, Sabine explores why breakfast smoothies can not
only help bereaved people with regaining their energy and stabilising
their mood and emotions. But how this - preferably a warm drink - can also
help elderly people get more nutrients into their body to make them more
mobile and possibly slow down dementia.

About Sabine .

I am a nutritionist and yoga therapist who primarily works with people who suddenly find themselves on their own and are struggling with looking after themselves well.

I help you take back control of your health by addressing your emotional stress, improving your intake of food and fluids, and making you fall in love with cooking for one person (yes - that is possible, believe me!).

I will also make sure to address any nutrient deficiencies you may have because of grieving as these can contribute to weight gain, low energy, anxiety, depression and many other health issues after a major loss. One of the first things I always do is check my client's vitamin D levels as these tend to be low in many people and can make coping with the emotional ups and downs of grief so much harder.

When we are grieving, we need all the support we can get.
