The day has finally come. After countless mentions in previous episodes, the man the myth the legend, Chappo joins me for a chat on all things running, goal setting and health.

Having known chappo for a number of years now I’ve been lucky to get to know him quite well and to see the influence he has not only on the members of the URC but also on those he engages with in all aspects of his life.

An amazing athlete, inspiring individual and up there with one of my favourite guys to have beers with, this chat is one worth really dedicating the time to listen to.
