He is founder and CEO Infinity Home Services and after seeing unethical roofing practices first hand while working as a subcontractor,  he launched IHS to fulfill his mission to save communities from  unscrupulous contractors. He started his company by exhausting his life savings and grew his business to 50 million then took PE backing and grew to over 300 million dollars. 

In this episode he goes over some key questions that contractors need to ask before taking any money or selling to a PE firm and also divulges some reason both for and against starting acquisition or merger.
