CAPC183 - Bo Sandoval

This weeks guest is Bo Sandoval. Bo is the Assistant Athletics Director for Sports Performance at Texas A&M University. He was also the Director of Strength and Conditioning for The UFC as well as the Assistant Director of Strength and Conditioning at University of Michigan. Bo has a lot of experience within this area, and it was an absolute pleasure to speak with him on the finer points of how he works with and get the best out of his athletes. Enjoy!
