CAPC118 - Allison Brager

Maj. Allison Brager is one of few Army Soldiers who are neuroscientists. Her research includes studying survival in extreme environments, under sleep deprivation and stress, and why some individuals are resilient and others vulnerable under such conditions. She is also a multi-time CrossFit Games athlete, and the author of the book Meathead: Unraveling the Athletic Brain.
