Nubank is to delist from Brazil’s B3 Stock Exchange. Shareholders may opt to migrate to receive either Level I BDRs or Class A shares on the New York Stock Exchange. By delisting, the bank plans to minimize the impacts of having a company listed in more than one jurisdiction. Link here.
