Throughout this new series we will be listening to the voices of men who have chosen to step into anti-trafficking and anti-exploitation work. These conversations will inspire you, whether you're a man or woman, to seek out where you fit into the fight against these (and other) justice issues.
Our first guest is Milan Homola, co-founder and executive director of Compassion Connect. Milan shares his story of seeing the vulnerabilities and needs of his community in Portland and the action he took that eventually led to starting Compassion Connect. He also touches on how this work has impacted his family and worldview in general. As he says in the interview - the key to changing culture surrounding trafficking and exploitation is honor. Are we honoring or dishonoring those around us with our choices?
