Before & after interview thoughts (The actual interview is next episode)

This episode is split into two. The first half is a recording which took place before my first interview, the second half is the recording I completed after the interview. (The interview is the next episode). In true Confidence and Self Esteem style; if you are looking to become more confident or have increased self esteem; you have to get slightly out of your comfort zone and challenge yourself slightly and I'm no different when it comes to this and I'm certainly not prepared to hide behind some carefully edited recording.
