Episode 143. Releasing Our Sense Of Duty & Prioritizing Joy - In today’s episode, we delve deeper into a topic we discussed a couple of weeks ago in episode 141, “The Gift of Struggle”.

In that episode, we talked about struggle and I shared the other side of the coin and some specific actionable strategies that one can use to start creating from a place of joy. After many years of contemplation, I realized that I have used struggle as a mechanism to create my present life and to pursue my dreams.

I see this happening not only with me, but also with many high-performing women I know, so I decided to investigate a little bit further to understand why that is. So today, we contemplate together why we use struggle to propel ourselves in life!

Listen now to learn…

  • Some of the reasons why it is difficult for women to shift their patterns and stop creating from a place of struggle
  • Some tips on how to release your sense of duty and prioritize joy in your life!
  • What is the joy coefficient and how it is related to a sense of gratitude in your everyday life
