Episode 142. Releasing Impostor Syndrome & Dismantling Failure With Pamela Barton - My special guest today is Pamela Barton and we talk about a topic that we have not yet covered on this podcast, which is impostor syndrome. We also talk a lot about failure, dismantling the concept that failure is bad and understanding it from a growth mindset perspective, especially in scenarios where we're trying something new or learning a new skill. Pamela talks about looking at ourselves from a very authentic perspective so we become a little bit kinder to ourselves and have a bit more patience to go through the motions and the process, thus choosing the life that we want to live, rather than just living the life that we stumble across. She shares such an empowering, but also honest view of life that can truly change how you see your own world.
