In today's episode, I share with you my process for negotiating with my mind!
This is a very helpful technique to use when you're dealing with cravings, procrastination or anytime there is a little bit of conflict between what you know is going to be productive to get you closer to goals and what your mind wants or doesn't want to do.
This procedure can be applied to any area of life when your mind is getting in the way, such as if you're craving sweets and you know that by eating sugar, you will derail your weight release progress. Or, for example, if you are planning on going to the gym but you're really struggling to make it happen.
