Episode 117. Generational Healing Through Divorce With Stacie McCoy - My very special guest today is Stacie McCoy. Stacie is a compassionate divorce coach, so we talk about her very public divorce and all the guilt, shame and isolation that came from it. Stacie shares with us how she was able to transcend her very difficult experience and use it in a way to now help other women redirect their energy into moving forward far beyond the pain and the challenges of divorce, so they too can create sustainable change and build the life that they truly deserve. We also talk about the perspective of the children and co-parenting, looking at your own healing journey as a wonderful opportunity to impact generations to come. Stacie McCoy is a compassionate divorce and co-parenting coach with over 25 years of experience supporting parent growth, self-sufficiency and healing, and a divorce and co-parenting story of her own. After a health scare, Stacie left the non-profit world to start her dream business helping women to make peace with their divorce, strengthen their co-parenting abilities, and learn to become their best life partners (without messing up the kids). Stacie lives in an empty nest in Rollinsford, New Hampshire where she's missing her 2 exceptional college-age children and remains painfully behind in editing the messy draft of her first book about her own divorce adventures.
