Kat Ruiz is a wellness coach and founder of "The Pre-Pandemic Project", a 4-week coaching program to help working women find their way back to their pre-pandemic jeans. Kat has been working in wellness for over 15 years teaching breath-work, meditation, and yoga to New York City's elite & public-school kids alike. "Wellness for Everyone" is Kat's motto.
