Episode 43. Feeling Your Feelings Through Divorce with Hina Mahindru - Our guest today is Hina Mahindru. Hina and I explored her experience rebuilding herself after a difficult and long divorce. She talks about the many injected values that she had to face and how she had to break through many constrictive moulds to transition towards an empowered place, while taking care of herself and her son. She vulnerably shares how it seemed that the world was constantly making her doubt herself, and how writing has helped her process these deep emotions. We also discussed how transformations takes time and sometimes much work is being done, much resistance is being faced and resolved, even if it seems that we're barely moving forward. Hina shares her process for rebuilding herself, and learning to give herself permission to feel her feelings. I was deeply touched by her journey and I am certain her story will inspire you too.
