The reason we need to explore these questions is simple; when I chat with my clients, I ask them to paint the picture of what they want and of what the release journey would look like for them. A lot of times, this exercise becomes quite difficult!
We may have some superficial answers to why we even want to lose weight, such as being healthier, more confident and so on. However, if the real reason is not very clear, deep, if there’s no real emotional buy-in, if you just believe you should, or there’s fear of health related problems, it will be nearly impossible to tap into your inner motivation.
So in today’s episode, I help you explore the top three answers that I hear from women time and time again to help you go deeper, so you can paint a clearer picture of why you may also want to release weight, and hopefully help you get there much quicker and in a more sustainable way!
