Lotta Siebold is the Co-Founder of FitWell Fusion Coaching. Together with her partner Ryan Kingsbury she is dedicated to getting people unstuck and giving them actionable tools to realign with their true self. Both are drawing their knowledge from a pool of coaching tools including Holistic Life Coaching, Personal Training, Yoga Teaching, and Nutrition, as well as intuitively creating their own unique mix. 

Their goal is to empower the individual to take their health into their own hands. 

Ryan and Lotta have various free offerings including a free 6-weeks holistic program, to demonstrate their style of coaching and give whoever is interested valuable tools that aid their transformation.
