So let this be your permission to forget all the rules that other people have put on you, forget all the guidelines, and forget what society has told you about what you can or can't be and DO YOU!

You just need to STOP

• Trying to BE like others
• Doing what everyone else is doing
• Hiding the parts of you that show the REAL YOU
• Blending in

AND give yourself permission to just BE YOU

You in your wholeness!

You embracing the truth!

The YOU who is...

• Cheeky
• Swears alot
• Makes Typos
• Dances around the kitchen singing your heart out and getting all the words wrong
• Cares Deeply
• Direct but only because you care so much
• Hates the rules

Because the more YOU, you are, the more impact you make!!!!
