Why I Have a Full Time Employee for My Part Time Practice

For now, my start up practice is only open about 2.5 days per week, but I have a full time employee who works 5 days per week. In this episode, I'll talk about some of the reasons why I decided to have a full time employee and the tasks she does on the days I'm not at the practice seeing patients.
