Are you your own best friend or your own worst enemy?

Having talked with so many of you recently, it seems to me that we're going more the ENEMY route than the FRIEND route.

And that's really heart-breaking.

Because the vast majority of us are not going to have the luxury of someone who's going to be our cheerleader 24/7 EVEN through our darkest times.

And you know what? Even if they WERE willing to do that, don't you think that's a bit unfair to put that burden on them?

It's time to become your own biggest cheerleader, and let's start today by giving ourselves the kick up the butt we need to get ourselves going.
