AUSTRALIAN GOLDEN SASH AWARDS: LEGIT OR MISS?

I wanted to open up the discussion about the Australian Golden Sash Awards and whether you thought they were a positive or negative thing.

From the feedback I've received from this live, both publicly and in private, I feel most people are, at best divided, about these awards, but given it's only in its second year, I think I'll reserve judgement for now.
