Rovelyn Milford is a twenty-four year old security officer and is your Miss Intercontinental New Zealand 2022.
She grew up in Palmerston North in a multi-cultural household with a Filipino mother and a Kiwi father, facing obstacles in her life such as body image and cultural identity issues.
Rovelyn is committed to sharing her story as well as those of other women who have faced personal challenges.
In 2021, she created the “Be Uniquely You” campaign and has been able to be speak at community events in New Zealand, acknowledging the importance of self-acceptance and empowerment for the women of today and tomorrow.
