"The Bat Signal is not a beeper!" Batman Forever Turns 30

An enormous boxoffice hit, Batman Forever marks Val Kilmer's only turn as Bruce Wayne/Batman and is highlighted by a terrific performance from then-new superstar Jim Carrey, as The Riddler. Much has been made of director Joel Schumacher's preferred cut, which is apparently a big jump up in quality. Although WB put the kibosh on a recent unofficial screening, my guess is we'll have the chance to see it at some point.
