S5 E2: Conviction: The Greatest Love of All

As we embark on this journey throughout FreshU, there are some prerequisites that we need to fill first. How can you begin to change yourself, challenge yourself and champion yourself, if you don't first love yourself? Loving yourself comes from believing in who you are and the value you bring to those around you regardless of the circumstances that may be present in your life. Your self-love and your self-worth are intricately tied to what you believe about God and how much He loves you. When we begin to measure ourselves against the truth of why we were created and God's unconditional love for us, we will realize we are more than worth it! That gives us more than enough reasons to uncover a FreshU and a Fresh me!
