According to an excerpt published in The Atlantic, the former VP writes that “the stakes were simply too high” for the 81-year-old Biden to make that choice. Despite her criticism of Biden’s decision to run again, Harris defends his ability to do the job, saying he would get tired, but was not incapacitated.
