沙寶鳳老師是台南市永康國中的地理科老師，也是學思達講師之一，學思達是由張輝誠老師推動的教學法，主張培養學生自學、思考、表達之能力，改變「填鴨教育」和「小考文化」。沙沙老師以學思達理念為基礎，主辦了許多教師研習工作坊。這一集老師與我們分享如何結合ORID（焦點討論法）於課堂中，和老師班級經營技巧。
