Fabulous interview with Caroline Strawson

Well this is a very exciting episode as this lady has used mutliple platforms to create a huge following and community base in a very short time and it is actually going out (a complete co-incidence) on her 50th birthday, so cheers to that Caroline.

Caroline Strawson, a trauma-informed therapist and coach, specializes in helping individuals break free from toxic relationships, particularly narcissistic and domestic abuse.

She started her online journey on Facebook, using it as a safe space to connect with others during her personal healing journey. She later transitioned to network marketing and eventually retrained as a trauma therapist.

Caroline established the Facebook group "Narcissistic Abuse and Trauma Recovery for Women," which has grown to over 33,000 members.
