In this episode of the Community Champions podcast, I discuss the concept of nurturing within a community.
I express my differing views on the topic and becasue for me a free group should not solely serve the purpose of long-term nurturing.
I believe that when people join a group, it's not just to learn about what someone does, but also to get to know them and determine if they are knowledgeable and aligned with their values.
Engaging in conversations with new members about paid services is not harmful, as it may address their immediate needs.
Meaningful conversations that lead to providing assistance and solutions, rather than "procrastinurturing"
I stress the importance of clarity regarding one's services and suggest nurturing after potential customers are aware of the available offerings.
