This week my marathon training partner, Tyrene DeLoach, joined me to discuss our year of marathon training and what an adventure it turned out to be. The weekend before this recording, she and I completed the Rim Rock Marathon in Grand Junction Colorado in around 5 hours and 7 minutes. Not bad for a couple of adults over 40 right?!
