This week, we read the dedicatory prayer of the Kirtland temple. One of the ways we can better appreciate this prayer is to understanding the story that's occurring around it. From "Revelations in Context," we learn a lot about what the Saints sacrificed to build the temple. Understanding how the Lord built His temple can help us better understand how He builds us as His children.
