The reference to the Bridegroom is mentioned three times in Section 133. Though most of us are familiar with this reference from the parable of the ten virgins, there is far more to this title than is usually explored. Ancient Jewish traditions surrounding marriage can teach us a lot about why the Savior called Himself the Bridegroom, and in turn, we can understand its relationship to the Second Coming.
