This is a documentary that will explain, explore, and reveal the story of Janis Kay Sanders. A loving mother of two who went missing in July 1975. Decades later this cold case is still unsolved. Her son and daughter explain the voids of ambiguous loss: who she was, her polarizing disappearance, and the obvious killer. The style and content are a creative approach. As an open investigation, many people are reluctant to participate. Michigan State Police Special Investigations Section is on the case.
