By default we're all mentoring somebody - even if we don't know it! As parents, there's a time to hover and a time to help. As mentors, we need to hold to our core values and break the rules every-now-and-then. How can we bridge the gap between what we WANT to be known for and what we ARE actually known for?
Everything changes when we realize that our actions today will affect our outcomes tomorrow ...AND... that where we are going doesn't have to diminish where we are.
