Jeffrey Willis -- A Muskegon Michigan Murderer

Jeffrey Willis - A monster in disguise, was convicted of murdering Jessica Heeringa and Rebekah Bletsch. He attempted to Kidnap Madison Nygard which was what ultimately led to his much needed undoing.
